ERP IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP IT Manager (Infor Lawson & UKG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service requests, incidents, change tickets, and task queues for business applications
• Oversee Infor development work and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor management
• Lead stakeholder meetings to prioritize and manage business needs across various departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT application support/administration, including Infor and/or UKG
• Demonstrated success in managing service requests, incident/change management, and system integrations
• Strong vendor management experience with SaaS/ERP platforms
• Hands-on experience with HR/payroll system administration and reporting
