Escalation Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation/Project Engineer - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior level technician for escalated technical support issues
• Mentor and train internal staff on complex technical support solutions
• Lead and manage cloud migration projects in collaboration with the field engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical environment or managed service provider
• Desired certifications in MS 365, Windows Server, and SonicWall
• Strong experience with MS 365, Exchange server, OneDrive, Azure, and on-prem Exchange
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts, virtualization, and firewalls
• Ability to manage escalated tickets while balancing project-based work
