Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile escrow accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Process escrow transactions, including deposits and disbursements, in compliance with regulations
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to escrow activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in escrow accounting or a related financial field
- Understanding of escrow regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
