ETL Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETL Lead to join their Broker Commissions Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support technology solutions for the Commissions business domain using ETL processes
• Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and updates to on and offshore teams
• Mentor junior developers and work collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in ETL development
• Experience with Informatica, SQL, and vendor integrations
• Familiarity with SAP APM and Oracle
• Knowledge of Kafka is preferred
• Ability to work independently and guide a team
