A company is looking for an Event Coordinator to manage various industry events and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site facilitation for approximately 40 small-scale events annually
- Support larger events with booth setup, event materials management, and on-site execution
- Manage billing, payments, and post-event reporting, ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, planning, or execution
- Experience with expense and procurement systems for bill processing and inventory management
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack
- Familiarity with project management tools and event management platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented in expense tracking and budget management
