Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events and Community Lead to design, manage, and scale a high-impact events program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics for over 50 events annually, including booth design, vendor coordination, and team attendance
  • Plan and execute Crux-branded experiences and co-hosted partner events to strengthen industry relationships
  • Produce and manage a webinar program, tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in events or experiential marketing within high-growth or B2B settings
  • Familiarity with finance or clean energy industries and their event landscapes
  • Based in NYC with the ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional collaboration
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
