Job Summary
A company is looking for an Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of internal and external events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning of internal events, including logistics and vendor management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with business objectives and enhance attendee experience
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, managing budgets, and preparing event materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in corporate settings
- Experience with internal events and exposure to external events like trade shows is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or event or project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Global and cultural awareness for executing events across diverse regions and contexts
