Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Admin Administrator/Assistant for the West Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive level support, including managing calendars, communications, and travel schedules
- Organize and develop materials for meetings, presentations, and special projects
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to manage office activities and represent the organization professionally
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of support experience, with at least 3 years in an executive support role
- Experience in a large, nationally operated company preferred
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate or advanced level
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively amidst multiple tasks
