A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within a global enterprise sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars of senior leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and handling complex scheduling
- Prepare and manage expense reports for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for senior executives, including bookings and accommodations
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in administrative or executive administrative roles
- Experience supporting senior executives in enterprise-level organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including V-lookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
