A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its co-founder at both an executive and personal level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the co-founder, aligning efforts with company priorities
- Manage the co-founder's calendar, including coordinating meetings, travel, and materials
- Assist with personal and business travel arrangements and coordinate various paperwork and communication
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience supporting executives personally and professionally
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment, such as a start-up
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Track record of taking initiative and problem-solving
