Executive Director, Field Medical

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, US TTR Field Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the U.S. Field Medical team, setting the vision and direction for MSL and MOSL teams
• Design and execute the U.S. KOL and Health Systems Engagement Plan, ensuring coordinated interactions
• Manage the national Field Director team, providing leadership and performance management

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree required: PharmD, MD, or PhD
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a focus on field medical leadership
• Proven success in leading large field organizations and developing strategic engagement plans
• Experience working cross-functionally within matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and payer systems
