Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in social justice, political organizational management, and program management
• Experience in fundraising and/or grantmaking
• Experience in startups is preferred
• Strong track record of building diverse teams and achieving public policy victories
• Commitment to values of radical empathy, inclusivity, and social justice
