Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand underwriting documents and manage case assignments
• Take recorded statements and write detailed, comprehensive reports
• Independently manage a case load and engage with clients on strategy reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as an SIU Investigator
• Experience in Homeowner's SIU investigations is mandatory
• Proficiency in writing accurate and detailed reports
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
