Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Calculate provider payments based on compensation models and support monthly close processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and healthcare finance concepts
• Comfort working with large datasets and drawing insights from them
