Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center LPN position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and telehealth appointments
• Initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming appointments
• Enter patient data into EMR and conduct assessments over the phone in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid and licensed LPN within the state
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with eCW software is preferred
• Related experience in healthcare
• Experience in telephonic or telecommute roles
