Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative who will handle patient billing inquiries and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls regarding patient billing and payment issues
• Process payments, adjustments, and refunds while resolving complex billing issues
• Develop relationships with payers and other departments to facilitate claim resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of experience with pharmacy claim collections or pharmacy claim adjudication
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center within the healthcare industry
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
