A company is looking for a Collections Representative who will handle patient billing inquiries and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls regarding patient billing and payment issues
- Process payments, adjustments, and refunds while resolving complex billing issues
- Develop relationships with payers and other departments to facilitate claim resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of experience with pharmacy claim collections or pharmacy claim adjudication
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center within the healthcare industry
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
