Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator III to provide support for healthcare appointments and patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare appointments
- Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs
- Coordinate with the field team and clinical team to provide care and maintain positive QA and KPI reviews
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of using standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
