Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or student-facing roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot)
- Experience or familiarity with MCAT, LSAT, or the test prep space is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote team environment
