Job Summary
A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
- Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients while managing account balances and payments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance and/or patient financial services
- Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes
- Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
