Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage policy inquiries, including billing, member information updates, terminations, and ID card processing
  • Provide accurate information regarding benefits, assist with prior authorizations, and conduct provider contact research
  • Address claims inquiries, provide status updates, and assist with reconsideration requests


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, or medical office settings
  • Proven experience in customer service related to claims processing or billing
  • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
