Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT service delivery for Microsoft Business Applications, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency
- Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proven experience in Service Management within a Managed Services environment
- Understanding or experience with the ITIL framework
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and client accounts
- Dedication to client satisfaction and delivering value
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
