A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer experience strategy and execution to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Oversee the enterprise-wide Voice of Customer (VoC) program, capturing and analyzing customer feedback
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to define CX requirements and influence roadmap priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer experience, market research, or strategy roles
- Proven success in leading large-scale CX or transformation programs in cross-functional environments
- Hands-on expertise with CX and VoC platforms and a deep understanding of CX metrics
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or B2B environments highly desired
