Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience, market research, or strategy roles
  • Proven success in leading large-scale CX or transformation programs in cross-functional environments
  • Hands-on expertise with CX and VoC platforms and a deep understanding of CX metrics
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Background in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or B2B environments highly desired
