Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell products and services to clients who call with issues regarding their safes
- Discover client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Work in a 24/7, 365-day Call Center environment, being available for any assigned shift
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in PC, MS Office, and web-based applications
- Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate company databases
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
