Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and collect payments
  • Negotiate and secure payment of outstanding patient accounts while maintaining patient satisfaction
  • Accurately document collection efforts and research insurance or payment options
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related role, with 1 year in a call center environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented approach
