Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and collect payments
- Negotiate and secure payment of outstanding patient accounts while maintaining patient satisfaction
- Accurately document collection efforts and research insurance or payment options
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of experience in a related role, with 1 year in a call center environment
- Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented approach
