Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist Bilingual English Mandarin or Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist care/case managers with non-clinical activities and manage a large member caseload
- Handle telephonic outreach to members and providers regarding benefit questions, authorizations, and referrals
- Document member information accurately and communicate member issues effectively to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Experience in handling telephonic communications in a support role
- Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently
- Familiarity with documenting information in compliance with internal procedures
- Experience in working with care management or similar clinical teams is preferred
