Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment with a focus on medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Direct/hardwired internet connection with specific speed requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
