Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
- Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
- Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment with a focus on medical insurance or benefits verification
- 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
- Direct/hardwired internet connection with specific speed requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
