Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with engineering and other teams to identify and resolve technical issues and create help content
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience at a high-growth SaaS technology company
  • Experience with Docker products such as Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting Docker technologies and SaaS products
  • Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux systems
