Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding of providers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead weekly orientations, Q&A sessions, and provider meetings for smooth onboarding
• Deliver demos, coaching, and training to support providers through onboarding milestones
• Track and report on attendance and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in onboarding, teaching, training, or facilitation in healthcare or remote settings
• Experience facilitating virtual onboarding and training using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom
• Proficiency with Google Suite and tracking/management systems such as Zendesk or AirTable
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and provider feedback
