Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Customer Experience Agent (Bilingual - English/French).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, providing accurate and timely assistance

  • Gather and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required
