A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster I, II or Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases
- Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
- Handles investigations of complex auto claims regarding coverage, liability, and damages
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with increased level of authority
- Experience in negotiating moderate to complex injury claims
- Understanding of vehicle components and potential property damage
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs effectively
