A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster I, II or Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases
  • Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
  • Handles investigations of complex auto claims regarding coverage, liability, and damages
Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with increased level of authority
  • Experience in negotiating moderate to complex injury claims
  • Understanding of vehicle components and potential property damage
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs effectively
