Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and activation processes for new agents, ensuring they are active and receiving leads
- Identify potential agents and schedule appointments with Territory Managers
- Manage transaction data and monitor reports, providing administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or data management role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience supporting remote or offshore teams is a plus
