Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based customer support to resolve inquiries and issues
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with callers while managing conversations and providing status updates
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare terminology and products/services, ensuring compliance with legal/regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more experience in a remote, call-center setting
- Ability to complete standard and non-standard requests with minimal assistance
- Capability to solve routine problems independently and collaborate with supervisors for complex issues
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
