Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center
- Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed
- Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing training and coaching
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including some evenings and weekends
- Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
