Job Summary
A company is looking for a Advocacy 24/7 Triage Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides telephonic assessment and treatment recommendations for injured workers using national triage protocols
- Recommends appropriate providers based on state law and employer's network requirements
- Documents clinical assessments and communicates care plans to customer contacts or supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Current RN licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- 3 or more years of clinical experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency room settings
- Experience in telephone triage or Workers' Compensation preferred
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
