A company is looking for a Personal Injury Intake Manager to oversee the intake process and lead the intake team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the intake team, ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through case acceptance
- Report on lead generation and team performance, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Analyze and optimize intake procedures, making data-driven adjustments to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Experience as a case manager or licensed attorney preferred
- Proven track record in managing and scaling teams successfully
- Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and attorneys
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
