Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and account health
- Monitor account performance and develop strategic success plans to meet customer objectives

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in account management or customer success
- 2+ years of experience in upselling additional products and services
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas
