Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a trusted advisor to customers and ensure successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and account health
  • Monitor account performance and develop strategic success plans to meet customer objectives
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, training, and act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in account management or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience in upselling additional products and services
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
