Job Summary
A company is looking for an EDI Resolution Specialist to provide enrollment support and customer service to employees and HR contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Terminate members/dependents and process COBRA letters in a timely manner
- Input new employees, changes, and terminations while providing customer service to members and client HR leaders
- Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic transmissions between trading partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED with 6-12 months of related experience or training
- Ability to learn multiple technologies and systems
- Experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and AS400 claims system
- Ability to maintain acceptable attendance standards
