Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Configuration Specialist responsible for site administration and client support for online booking tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Program maintenance and testing of account-specific online booking tool sub-sites
- Serve as the client account subject matter expert for online booking tools
- Conduct client demos and end-user training, as well as maintain standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in the corporate travel industry
- Minimum 5 years of site administration experience with online booking tools
- Working knowledge of GDS, preferably Sabre
- Experience with Concur or Deem is preferred
- Knowledge of HTML and/or Java is a plus
