Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Platform (CSP) Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for the CSP, aligning platform capabilities with business goals
- Design, configure, and maintain SuccessBlocks, campaigns, and workflows to support customer onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Lead integration efforts between the CSP and other business-critical platforms while ensuring data accuracy for reporting and automation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience administering a Customer Success Platform (e.g., Totango, Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and digital customer success strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL)
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field
