Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team activities to ensure high service levels and maximize sales order conversion
  • Produce and interpret reports to identify financial risks and opportunities while maintaining service standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a supply chain or operational background is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP and business reporting tools
  • Leadership experience in a multi-cultural environment
