Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a customer service team, providing coaching and training opportunities
- Manage team activities to ensure high service levels and maximize sales order conversion
- Produce and interpret reports to identify financial risks and opportunities while maintaining service standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a supply chain or operational background is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP and business reporting tools
- Leadership experience in a multi-cultural environment
