About the position
The Bilingual Inbound Call Center position is a full-time remote role focused on assisting new and existing patients in scheduling appointments at dental offices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly disposition, and the ability to multitask effectively while handling inbound calls. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient service and maintaining accurate appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
• Delight patients and families by creating a kind, gracious, and caring environment.

• Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain quality while consistently meeting minimum expectation levels.

• Accurately schedule and cancel patient appointments, inputting correct patient data into systems.

• Follow scheduling guidelines to ensure manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists.

• Promote a ‘team first’ attitude through positive relationships and communication with coworkers.

• Effectively converse in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of experience using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity.

• Basic computer skills.

• 1 year of dental experience.

• Experience with Genesys and Google Workspace.
