Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the team to meet goals and compliance standards
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance appraisals, documenting conversations in the HR system
- Analyze operational performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
