Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to basic to moderately complex member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefits
- Documents calls and updates customer relationship management (CRM) history with inquiry results
- Conducts outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience preferred
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
