A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document issues and resolve inquiries related to orders, billing, and customer applications
- Process orders and perform proactive follow-up communications as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
