Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and support them through the use of telecommunications nursing outreach programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in their state of residence
• Must be based in FL, TX, or AZ
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
