A company is looking for a Technical Service Desk Associate-REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
  • Respond promptly to incoming contacts, resolving over 90% of issues at first contact
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to maintain availability on Microsoft Teams and stay updated with learning materials
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory
