Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
- Respond promptly to incoming contacts, resolving over 90% of issues at first contact
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to maintain availability on Microsoft Teams and stay updated with learning materials
- Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory
