Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst I - General Ledger.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and prioritize requests and phone calls regarding custom solutions from internal partners
- Analyze and validate functional/technical specifications and assist end users with General Ledger modifications
- Research and test functionality for troubleshooting and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
- College degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Openness to learn new technologies and tools as needed
- Prior experience with reconciling journal entries and balance sheets
- Ability to demonstrate willingness to learn SQL
