Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Officer to provide technical support and manage IT projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for end users, managing queries and technical issues
- Liaise with external vendors for issue resolution and service monitoring
- Assist in the implementation and operationalization of IT security protocols and support project delivery
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
- Experience administering Office 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Knowledge of incident management techniques and organizational safety protocols
- Fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
