Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to lead and grow key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute client success Account Plans tailored to business objectives, overseeing onboarding, adoption, and growth of solutions
  • Partner with Sales on renewal strategies and assess upgrade opportunities for customer accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and monitor account health and risks
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management within a B2B SaaS or IT services environment
  • Deep understanding of translation, localization, and multilingual content operations
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and marketers, with familiarity in AI tools preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operate with an executive presence
  • Adept at interpreting data and turning insights into strategic recommendations
