Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate- Inbound/Outbound Calls, Healthy Outcomes Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers for healthcare services
• Assist members in overcoming barriers to good health
• Educate members on health decisions and accurately document conversations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• High computer literacy and proficiency with digital communication tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are heavily preferred
